1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use the 62hot platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

3.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 62hot Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. 62hot reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large deposits or suspicious transactions. Accounts may be suspended pending investigation if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your 62hot Account, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions.
• The withdrawal must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your 62hot account details.
• You must have wagered your deposited funds at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal to prevent money laundering.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

• Suspicious activity or fraudulent behavior is detected.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Bonus Cancellation

You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be retained in your account.

6. Sports Betting and Casino Games

6.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on the 62hot platform, you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled, edited, or reversed after placement except in cases of obvious technical error or as specified in sport-specific rules.
• 62hot reserves the right to void bets if a match is postponed, abandoned, or if incorrect odds were offered due to human or technical error.
• Odds may change in real-time for live (in-play) betting. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets including football, basketball, tennis, and others:

• Settlement is based on official results as determined by the governing body of each sport (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 officials for Indonesian domestic league).
• Unless otherwise stated, bets are settled on the result at the end of regular time, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any match is void, that selection is treated as odds of 1.00 and the parlay recalculated with remaining selections.
• Asian handicap and over/under markets follow industry-standard rules. Dead heat rules apply to markets such as "first goalscorer" when multiple outcomes share the same result.

6.3 Casino and Live Dealer Games

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your 62hot Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to completion of wagering requirements). Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened after a cooling-off period, unless a self-exclusion has been requested.

8.2 Account Suspension by 62hot

62hot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. 62hot may deduct an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month from dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period. 9. Privacy and Data Protection
